Introducing Buddy..

My little year old Blue Quaker ...
Hi I am new here and would just like to introduce Buddy to everyone on the Quaker forum..
We got Buddy as a friend for Sunny our Sun conure , they are both boys as I am not interested in breeding but felt Sunny needed a friend and now they are great mates ..here is a piccy of Buddy and one of my Terrible two together ...

Thanks Guys ...They do make a cute couple of pals ...
I absolutley adore Quaker parrots although they can be stubbourn little guys they are so funny and cute Poor Sunny was friends with Minty our first Quaker who was born with a liver defect (we only found out after an autopsy) he was just a bay not even one year old when we lost him while having an op to biopsy his liver...He was really sick from about 6 months old use to be so quite and spend a lot of time sleeping ..Sunny use to just sit near him protecting and loving him ..When he passed away Sunny fretted for ages he use to call for him would not eat unless we actually held his food and coaxed him to eat it was just so sad and heartbreaking ..
We then got JJ our beautiful king Parrot anf he and Sunny became flying friends (JJ was not a touchy bird and Sunny could not preen or smooch with him but they were friends) and Sunnys loneliness faded ...We then got Buddy and things were great JJ had me (I was his choosen one) and the terrible two had David my son (Their choosen one ) they all played together .. I lost JJ 9months later..He is my avatar and lives in my heart...
