Just wanted to reassure you on the price. She is the cheapest I could find in this area. I even stooped to looking at the babies at zamzows. The youngest I could find was 5.5 months old on up to 1+ year old and they wanted $300 for them. Pretty much the only other option is to have one flown in and that's an additional $150-$200. I looked for about 2 weeks before I found these guys and jumped as they will be approx. 10 weeks old, i may be off a little on that, when they are ready to come home, much better than a 1 year old that's been in a zamzows. Yes, they do have some nice toy parts, but I did not have the best experience with them. Two of the items I bought happened to be out of stock and because that made my order drop below $20 (their minimum), I did not get anything. They did not even bother to notify me what happened until I asked weeks later where my order was :(

My uncle got his for $300 and its blue, the greens were $200 and thats in australia. Quakers are so cute! When i was picking a bird it was between an alexandrine and a quaker..the alex won but the quaker was my second choice. However now i have my alex my next bird will be a green cheek conure cos i love them so much! So your getting a green one? i like them better than the blue but thats just me...congrats, you will have so much fun with him/her.

so im just relaying info from adavis, my cousin in case you didnt know. She didnt tell me to do so but i am just as excited as her!!! so she has basically got most of the money she needs and by spring break she will have the rest............... so i am going to boise over spring break to visit my sister and then i am coming back on thursday the 27th and i will be purchasing and bringing home a baby quaker to my anxious cousin!!! well that is of course as long as they are ready by then. Will they be? WE ARE BOTH SO EXCITED!!! YAY!!! VERY CUTE PIC TOO!!! THANKS

Aww that is so exciting!! I found out my cousins quaker got killed by a dog :(.. it wasnt their dog as he doesnt take any notice of the birds and is to lazy to do anything, one of their friends dogs. A little girl took him out of his cage and the dog jumped up and bit him But they have a new blue baby quaker now. Wont be letting anyone else take him out the cage so people can only pat him when he is out.

I am going down to the store tomorrow to pick up a few more things. I am hoping to get an exact date or a very close to date for the day these guys get to come home. I am ssssoooo.... excited too, lol. We can cheer each other through the wait, lol. So i got the deposit down on him/her just in time! There was only one left I've got all the money plus a little extra for food and treats! If they are ready im going to pick him/her up the weekend after Easter but if not im going to drive up the next weekend. I am so excited and so is my cousin (bthomas)!!

Since I work at home she let me bring mine home today!! I'll put in a pic of each of the babies. The quaker on the perch is adavis' and I am holding mine!! Aren't the so cute........
