What do you think is best?

I would like opinions on the very best size and type cage to get for my new, and first, Quaker.
I need to know what is best for him and what he will be most comfortable in.
If you have a link to the one you think is best that would be great! Please add it.
I would like to know if wider is better than higher and what dimesnsions would be best.
Thanks!

I personally like the wider cages versus the tall ones. My quakers (homed seperately) both have different preferences.....My male likes a taller/wider cage.........and my female likes hers more confined.......it all depends on the bird I would say..........You can go with a wide tall cage, and make it fun in the bottom, rather then just getting a wide one and not being happy with it........There are lots of sites you can check out............ Quality Cage Company, Bird Cages 4 Less - Bird Cages, Aviaries - Free Shipping, Bird Cages & Large Parrot Cages, are just few

13221 HQ Flight Cage 32x21 - Presented by HQ Bird Cages

I know some get tired of hearing me but I have three of these and after I got one I was quick to get two more. They offer my birds a LOT of space for the money, are very practical and easy to use and clean. They are perfect for a quaker.

Thanks for the help. I looked for cages with the dimensions suggested and I found an usedCalifornia cage that is 32 x 21 (about) and has a dome top that can be removed and a play gym top that can be attached. I have the dome top on it now.
Flip seems quite happy and there is plenty of room for his "stuff". Boy! He sure got a lot of "stuff" in a hurry!

That is the same style cages we use for our sugar gliders, only in black. various ones have different latches, some easier for gliders and birds to open than others. I want to get another one for our pair of quakers but cash is a little tight right now so we're going with a cheaper one for now, same dimensions without a stand, that's made from a thinner guage wire.
