too much millet spray?

Hi - we recently adopted a pair of bonded quakers. it's been a bit of a challenge getting them to eat a more healthy diet and less seed, but i think they're giving in and starting to eat the pellets and fruit.

my question is, is it possible to give them too much millet spray? they go crazy over it like its candy, and will eat as much as we put in the cage. One stick of it, about 12 inches long, is gone in a couple of hours. I haven't given them any today, but they've eaten 1 to 2 sticks a day since Sunday. Is this okay?

Thanks for the input. :)
