New Bird

Hi their just got a new member to the flock. We adopted a Quaker from a rescue. Don't know much about her yet, except she has laid a egg. Thats when they found out she was a she. That is also when she plucked herself to make a nest. Hopefully we will have a great time with her.

I see your pic... she's very pretty! Beautiful face! And she'd obviously be a very good mommy if she were ever given the chance.

Congrats! And you can never post too many pics... so keep 'em coming!

Haha. Sorry! She's adorable!!!! I wish I could get a quaker... :( I don't think an amazon and a quaker would be a good match though...

CONGRATS!!!

They called her baby bird. After today I am thinking more like demon bird.

Not really she got me once pretty good But I will not give up. My Granddaughter was watching when she got me. I think she was brave about it and still wanted to hold her.I thought she should give it a day or so. The quaker needs time to get use to us, but she does good when I get her out of her cage. Steve A
