Found this ad on Chicago's Craigslist. Their cage is WAY to small, I hope someone can help

Looking at the second picture, it looks like they *may* be in a cage that's big enough for them. Perhaps that smaller cage is a carrier cage?

Yeah, it may be a carrier cage but someone else might not know that and think they can keep them in it...
