Jazzy update and a question

Jasper (aka Jazzy) has been her about 3 weeks now, and he is coming along very well...much braver when I come near the cage, not territorial when I put my hand inside, and has learned "step up" very well. He's very sweet.
I am wondering:

How old were your Quakers when they started to talk? I talk to Jazz a lot when I get home from work, and the radio is left on all day for all three so he's listening to speaking and music all day. He was hatched 4/20/09 so he's 4 months old now. Anyway, just wondering if he will talk.
