hi all this is my 14 months old ALexandrine Greeny

unfortunately dna testing is not avail here

wht u guys say ? is this a ring apearing|?

or the head says its a fem?

most people till now going for a hen..whts ur take?

It's hard to say - I personally don't see anything other then a small indentation. The indentation that I am seeing more then likely will mean nothing as females will get the small indentation, but not an actual ring. You say he or she is just 14 months and if that is the case it is really still to early to tell anything. Rings don't begin to come in until about age 2 and it can take a full year or longer depending on the bird for the ring to be fully formed. But both sexes will get that small indentation with the females it will stay that way and with the males at age 2 it will start turning into an actual ring.

Looks like it could be a ring appearing but cant be sure cos some females do get a slight ring too, the head looks more rounded like a female but you cant be sure until 2 years old or dna sexing.
