Yellowing plastic

Hey all.
I have a white cage that is at least 6 years old and the white plastic bottom part is starting to turn yellow. I don't see a cause- not food or sunlight.

Anyway to reverse the process?

I never found a solution to the problem. I think it goes with the territory.

The yellowing is caused by uv rays. There is no way that I know of to reverse the process.
