I'm not sure if there is one that is very easy to push or not. But, you can do "clicker training" without the clicker by making a clicking sound yourself, or using a word consistently. Timing is the key, and it really doesn't matter what you use for the bridge, just that it's consistent and the bird gets the right feedback.

Barbara Heidenreich in her training dvds doesn't use a clicker, but a word. Might be "good!" but I can't remember.

I use the word "yes" with my birds. You're right, some clickers ae hard to use if you have joint/muscle issues. I read an article once and the author suggested was to actually use a ball point pen, and click the top of that a couple of times rapidly. Would you be able to do that? Good luck.
