My Ring Neck Nodeing His Head

Dear Friends,

My Ringneck used to whistle like cocktails since I had one. I gave that cocktail to a friend
of mine a month ago, now the ringneck has stopped whistleing but has started chirping alot along with nodding his head continiously, can someone tell what it means is he trying
to learn to talk? he answers when I speak in chirping.

from what i know, bird who learnt to whistle will be reluctant to learn to talk
but ringneck is an excelent talker from what i know

Well Chiquita will bob her head, it does not mean they are trying to talk. They usually bob their head when they are in a good mood for some odd reason.

My IRN who is hand raised and he is around 6 month old, he bob his head when he thinks that I'm going to give him something to eat.
