Aviator harness size

Hi. Quick question. What size Aviator harness do you use for a IRN. The site seems to say x sm but I think he is bigger than a sun conure. Does anyone use the small? I want pink!!

I use the extra small for Dandy, fits him just fine. Go by the gram sizes listed. Small would be too big on an IRN. I use that size for my pi and it's huge compared to the extra small.

I will go the xs then. It is kind of annoying that they don't make them in the pretty colours when you consider what % of pet birds would be the petite and xs size.

Well, the people that make them have loads of macaws and greys so i would guess they cater more towards the birds they have.

Yes, that's Mr. Dandelion, my little yellow amazon. Well, he thinks he's one, anyways.

I agree that the color selection could be better. The one I have for him is black and they didn't show or say beforehand that it has the words The Aviator Harness all over it in white letters.

I think they stopped doing that. When did you get yours? Mine hasn't got it and I think I saw something about them "removing all the extra stitching."

As far as the color selection, I was really disappointed about it in the two smaller sizes, too. I wanted a blue one for my Quaker.

Any chance anyone has emailed the company and asked if they might, with a pretty please, custom make a small one in a different color? Seems like it would be easy enough for them to do...

I emailed to ask about custom made ones in nicer colours from their range. I expect the answer is no but it doesn't hurt to try...

A year ago, perhaps a year and a half and directly from the folks who came up with it. Nope - not stitched on, it's made into the fabric.

My pionus harness purchased around the same time does not have the lettering.
