Noise level of plumheaded parakeets

I was at the Philly Parrot Expo today and one of the raffles was for a young plumheaded parakeet. I was very tempted but know I don't have the time right now, but this is the second time I've seen one and contemplated it being my second bird. Does anyone here own one? I've only had budgies and now my GCC so I've never really had any loud birds, and I'm wondering how a plumhead would compare to either. Do they make good companion birds or do they not prefer human interaction (I thought I read that somewhere...)
