Urgent Bird Was Attacked by His Parents Reply Immediately

Ok. I own 2 doves Spirt male white ring neck & Ivy female tangerine/white ringneck. They recently had a baby . He is 1 mth. and 4 days old he wasn't fully weaned so i left him in with parents. Bad idea! 3 days later after his becoming 1 month old his mother attacked him while i was out getting food she had him pinned to floor of cage . ( was on his back when i got home). Now his leg and wing are hurt he can't even grasp my finger with left leg wing is getting better. I will take em to vet if not better by tomorrow this happened tues night. Been hand feeding him. Any suggestions? His name is Snow flake, Snowy or Snow are his nicknames he is pure white with hidden tangerine genes.

Didn't you post this earlier? I think I've seen this before,

I believe that you should get that bird to the vet asap. Injuries like that in a young bird are quite touchy, you need it's energy to go into growing, not healing injuries. If your bird has lost use of its foot then the situation is urgent enough to bring it to the vet IMO.

I sure do. STOP setting up pairs of birds until you KNOW what you're doing. You are too inexperienced to handle all of the variables. This is a science, not some hobby and things will DIE unless you act quickly. Take the baby to the vet now. This isn't the time to be on the computer.
