what is with the hen?

for two days my female diamond dove has been walking around with feathers all puffed out.she looks like a puff ball.still eats and drinks but i never see her lax her feathers unless i go to catch her.no lose feathers,no watery eyes or discharge, and no straining to pass something(like an egg).what's the deal?
