Pictorial ID sticky

How about a pictorial ID "sticky" at the top of each "Specific Birds" section.
I feel it would be nice for members to be able to see the "natural" look for all the species...
It would also be very helpful as well, to be able to easily name and identify as many of the various color combos that some types of them have.
I'm sure many members would be more than happy to contribute pics.

Maybe a "terminology" sticky somewhere too would be handy.
To explain to newer members what some of the abreviations are.....
like "fids"...
