Who do I contact about disturbing PMs being sent to me?

I would send Kevin a private message or add the person to your ignore list

Please forward the message in question to me. If this is a first offense, the person will be warned. If it is seriously threatening or upon 2nd offense, the person will be banned.

Actually, if you will send the username of the person to me and the times that you received the messages, I will take care of it.
There are no second chances for harassment.

Kevin, there were 4 offenses from the same person. We dealt with it already, you'll see it in the Mod CP.

I just wanted be be sure it wasn't a newbie who didn't understand the rules but this was someone who should have known better.
