For trade/wanted/free/postage Category

I know of other sites that have a for trade/wanted/free/or for postage category.

For instance, at the participants own risk, someone post what they have for trade, what they wanted, or what they have in excess to give away. And if someone else is interested in the item, arrangements can be made via private messages between the two parties.

It should be a no PROFIT zone, so only for trade/or for postage or free only. (Meaning, nothing for SALE)

Of course, this does NOT pertain to anything ALIVE!! but non-animated objects ONLY!

Over the course of only a few months of having birds, I have spent a lot of money on numerous things that my birds totally hate/are scared of/or of no use to me or them anymore! This includes bags of food that the birds totally hate, toys the birds totally ignore, perches the birds are terrified of, books that could be useful to other owners, etc. I'm sure others on here have things like excess bowls, home made toys to trade, etc.

I would LOVE to be able to trade this for something that may be of useful to my fids or just merely give away rather then it just going to waste sitting here!

What do you all think?

SweetPea, that is an awesome idea. I've often thought of something like this. I have a couple of things laying around the house that Rico won't touch, doesn't like, or is too big for and they are just sitting here not being used. Ex. perch that's too small and a bird carrier that's also too small. :eusa_clap Goodie goodie, I am looking forward to the trade thing!
