Suggestion for a sticky thread

I'm new here so maybe something similar is already around somewhere, but I'd like to see a sticky at the top of the do-it-yourself page with a list of items that we have found to be safe and nontoxic to our birds. Obviously, you would probably want to post a warning that these are suggestions and not guarantees, but it would be such a great aid for us.

I think I'm pretty creative and would like to make toys for my bird, but I don't know what is safe to use and what isn't safe to use.
