BB Chat in menu 404 error

I clicked on BB Chat in the menu and got a 404 error.

I then trawled through here and found a post about that... but the post said that the link had been removed from the menu bar as the chat was not activated.

Chat is off line for an indefinite time. I will remove it from the menu today... so no more questions about it continue in the future. Till then this thread is being moved to the appropriate category "Tech Questions" by keev in early January (sorry, didn't copy exact date).

Menu item still appears to be there (for me, anyway).

It was never removed from the menu. 'I will remove it from the menu today' really means that it will be taken off....sometime.....maybe...
