missing member gallery????

My friend pam (pmoonbeam64) had a member gallery with a few pictures of her cockatoo, Sydney. Now they are listed under the user name valenteen???? This is the link....

This issue has been addressed several times. When we imported our phpBB users (old forum) into Vbulletin users (this forum), the usernumbers changed. We DID NOT know that this was giong to happen. I have several support tickets open trying to figure out what to do.

OK, just curious, I had seen another thread about ID numbers showing up, just didn't know if it was from the same problem or not??? Just curious is all. I know you guys are trying very hard to fix everything.

Is this problem still being worked on or do we need to repost our photos?? The user name that my photos appear under does not exist on the list. I reported this and never got a responce.

Reported to whom? I never received one, so it must have been sent to keev. If he chose not to respond, then he probably didn't know what you were talking about :-)

Basically, all photos posted before the upgrade will have to be re-posted. Sorry for this inconvenience, but it is the only way to get it fixed. I have talked with countless support personnel and it is agreed that this is the only way to get the right usernames.

I responded to the one person who sent me an email regarding this. We need to know which photos belong where and yada yada before we can just move everything.... So if you can provide us with the info and we can manually do it but be patient as we are trying to find a simplier solution.

Keev, there is no simpler way to do it. I have had 18 support tickets open with both photopost and vBulletin, and both have said that the only thing to do is to either start over or manually edit each photo. Comments can be changed but must be done with several database SQL queries to the effect of

ALTER table `photocomments` SET `userid` = 'current user id' WHERE `userid` = 'previous user id' && `date` = '1104069600';

1104069600 is the unix timestamp for the exact time that I upgraded the board, therefore changing the userids.

That code probably isn't exactly perfect, but it is the jist of what will have to be done to edit comments. Again, that would have to be done for each person. Overall, NOT an easy process.

Below is the post that I posted in feedback and suggestions under profile link. I was told to report it when I found that the user did not exist, but I was unsure where to post it, I guess the feedback form was the wrong place. Any way this user does not exist. If you can somehow delete the user and the pictures under this user I will gladly repost my pictures. I did go in and put comments under all of them that I had actually posted them but since jdoolittle15 is not a member the picture I posted for members gallery doesn't even show up in the members gallery and only shows up in jdoolittle15' gallery.
Again I understand the problems that you guys are running into. I appreciate all the hard work you are putting into this project trying to get all the kinks out the system. Thanks

Hi I posted about missing photo albums and then did some more searching. My album is now under jdoolittle15. I reported jdoolittle in the post missed the 15. I did a search for jdoolittle and they show up as not here. That thread said to report to webmaster so I am trying to do that by this post.
