Can a normal member become a moderator?

Yes a member can be a moderator... There are various things that we look for in a moderator and varying degrees of various abilities... Onedoesn't need to be a expert, or know it all but we look for people with a level head. good people skills, and a love for what they are being a part of for the nmost part.
