permission to post photos

I have been denied permission to post photos after logging in as a member. By a previous post, I see this was a problem last November.

Thanks for your help. Once I can enter the upload part of the program, I have Monica's direstions to go from there.

I think you have to be a BirdBoard supporter, I have been a member, not supporter yet , since 05 and I can't upload photos. Am I correct?

Where are you trying to upload a photo? Avatar or into photo albums?

I am a member, but not a supporter. I used to be able to upload photos here, and about a month ago, I started getting the "You do not have permission message. I tried to get help, but it never changed. Now I go through photobucket to put pictures on here. I'd love to know what was wrong also.

To answer your question, I was trying to upload a photo into the photo album.

I can't see any reasons in the permissions system why you shouldn't be able to upload. You're only a member of one group (Registered Users) and that group has full permission to upload and edit their own photos.

I was able to upload an image into "other pets".... maybe it's a new member thing?

All of the regular usergroup have permission to post in the permissions system. I'll be checking it out in further detail tonight.

There is something very odd going on with the permissions. I've had to hack up some code, but you should be able to upload now.....
