But I used to be able to just go to advanced and use the pull down menu, and that's not working anymore.... wouldn't it be easier to just fix it rather than all of us having to learn color codes?

I know about the advanced... it seems to me that the "New Posts" dysfunctioning (i.e. logging members out) is now fixed, but in return, we get 'no color'...
It's simple though... below is the code. You just choose a color (by name, or by hex number), and then type in a message where it says text. It's only a matter of remembering the code... [color=blue]Text[/color] Text
