When you click post, not quick reply, they show up on the right hand side of the text box. Just click the one(s) you want.

Ok I tried that and they still aren't there! Is there something in my settings that needs to be clicked?

"Go Advanced" (doesn't need anything to set it up)
 Look under Go Advanced, click and then see photos of smileys on the right....

Figured it out...it was in my settings...I had the message thing set to basic or simple...went to the next check box and now they are all there!!
