well that depends on what country you are in.
If you are in the US: from what I have heard there are very few redbill toucans in the US, and that means even fewer (if any) available for sale. The toco toucan tends to be $10,000 or somewhere around that price, and it's more common in captivity (in the USA at least) so I imagine that there's a good chance that the redbill (being a large toucan like the toco, and being more rare) is even more expensive. But, you may want to email Jerry Jennings (his site is emeraldforestbirds.com) or go to softbillsforsale.com and look around (I've never seen any for sale on there, but who knows, one might just show up at some point), and perhaps you can get a more definite answer that way.
