Why do I see this being my husband..LOL Where did you get all the parts?

We bought toys for the Macaw but it's expensive and they get destroyed fast.

What kind of wood do you use?

I'm thinking my Husband needs to get to Home depot buy wood and cut it up for the bird. Speaking of which what dye do you use and where can you get it?

Holy Mackeral! I just pulled out my tote full of stuff, and I thought I had a lot of stuff! I just sit and look at it, not knowing what to do with it. I have no imagination. I've been checking Ebay and a bunch of sites for ideas. That's how I found this site. So glad I did.

I think someone else already asked, but I don't see a response....what type of dye do you use for your wood? I typically use the food decorator icing gels, make a paste with water, and hand paint all my wood. Your bucket dunking method seems so much more efficient!

Might have been me. I've been wanting to know. I live in an area where such things might be hard to find so I'm curious as to what is used and where it can be found.

toys

I bought those little plastic baby rattles for my daughters baby shower and my sun just loves them, I tie them with rope to his toys.

Sorry I missed the questions:

The wood is untreated pine and the dye is VittaCritters dye.

Most everything is from dollar stores, walmart and some from ebay LOL!
