Foam

So i came across a "parrot enrichmont and activity book" online

and the author uses foam letters and numbers that are kids toys

are they safe for our birds?

i just wanted to double check because u can't believe EVERYTHING is right on the net

here is the link for the http://onafricanwings.com/Parrot%20E...ity%20Book.pdf

i think it's quite good as it shows u how to make toys and there are pics of the finished products

She looks like there are some neat ideas, but I do not trust the foam. Too easily ingested, and can get contaminated easily (soiled with food or poop)

I agree with Lisa about the foam. Don't use it.

No, I wouldn´t use it either. I´ve heard about parrots that almost got suffocated because the foam easily get stuck in their throats.
