Question Looking for Cotton Rope

Hey folks I am looking into making my own bird toys and am looking for that colored cotton rope that you find on commercial bird toys, ladders, swings, boings, etc... Some sites that make bird toys sell them but are sky high on prices, I am looking more in the lines of wholesale, if it is plain white rope I am OK with it, but I prefer to get some with different colors in it and I am looking for sizes up to 1 inch..........Thanks for your help.........LMB

Grey Feather Toys sells plain white cotton rope in different sizes for a good price. To dye it you can use food coloring.

Best place I found for cotton rope is TSC (Tractor Suply Co.). All different diameters any length you desire. I think the even have a white & blue twist.

Get plain white cotton rope (a mop head works well, that's what we use) and if you want it to be colored then use natural food coloring tie dye and just soak the rope as if it were a tie dye t-shirt. Or, you can try getting natural organic cotton yarn in colors if it is for a small enough bird.
