Okay, so I made 2 of em'.... one for my moms 'keet and one for my new 'tiel.

Thank you to the OP that gave me the idea!




and since I've only posted ONE measly lil pick of my birdie I thought I'd share this one too...




The moble thingy is 1/2in PVC pipe, sanded for texture. 4 End caps. 4 Stainless Steel eyehooks, 2 zip ties... (until I find a better alternative for the center connection in the X, ANY IDEAS?)... Oh and 20FT of plastic chain from HomeDepot... The plastic platters are from the Walmarts Christmas Isle... Super easy to clean & food safe. I zip tied the plates on too, but when I find a good deal on some pear links I'll change it out for easier washing.

To say again-- I WILL replace the zip ties on the X part ASAP... I just wanted to get it together to see how it would look... IF ANYONE has a great idea for what will work there let me know!

Not much luck finding good deals on hardware... Stainless Steel or nickel coated is pretty hard to find.

The rope perches came from Ebay for great prices $4-5... and the toys I've actually got hung (on the one) are all made with parts I ordered online at Cal Bird Nerds!

Too bad my 'tiel is scared of his.
