Birds wont play - need toy ideas .

Hii! .

So, i have a problem. my conure and parrotlet wont play with ANY toys that they have . they have swings and lots of hangy rope things, does anyone have any ideas of toys to get them, or to make, that might get them interested in playing ? Thankss!

I have the same problem with my green cheek conure... She will play with things that have a bell, I also made her a toy out of popsicle sticks with beads in between each one, she destroys them within the week.......... hope this helps

i have a tiel like that. doesnt like any toys. but scrunch up some paper into a ball and it's a party for 1

My parrotlets didn't play with toys at all until I found vine wreaths and mini munch ball toys. Now I can't keep up with how many they destroy.

the popsicle stick I dea I have always loved. But with my U2 it would only last minutes instead of a week likr your green cheek! lol

My conure likes anything with a bell and my rosie likes to fold laundry....lol. I havent found that they really want to play with toys so much as they want to interact with me.

Hah, thanks for the ideas, Im going to go look for some new toys possibly tonight, hopefully ill find some ! . also, my two birds that wont play are bonded, and i wonder if that influences their lack of desire to play, does anyone have any exoerience with this?
