Toy Workshop

Has anyone attended a fun, well organized toy workshop? I want to plan one for my bird club.

Here are some ideas I had for better organization
How were orders placed/filled: Prepaid, non refundable
Show toy designs and parts needed and approx. cost of supplies
Cost: Toy parts + a small percentage for club funds
Time alloted: (I'm thinking a whole day on a Sat or Sunday...outside if it's nice)
Food/Eats...bring a sack lunch and chips, beverages, sweets to share.

Any help would be great...thanks!
Terrie
