Bad Oscar
Oscar my pionus has gotten to be a DEVIL! I am thinking it is b/c he is hitting maturity and it is breeding season? He is 3. am I right? I hope so I dont want my baby to be bad

ALL Parrots will be bad at some time or another. My Too was a big Pain in the ---- when she hit TWO. Now shes back. Just have to be firm and persistent and not afraid of the bite but not mean or vocal about it either. you cannot yell or hit the cage - it doesnt work AT ALL. He most probably is getting hormonal. Learning to read his body language and when he is "at his best" or when to give him his space is best. He will get over it in time as long as you keep his trust and dont get weird on him too.
