I just bought this...

What do you think. I have the meany grey and soon a once-upon-a-time tame Macaw. I ordred it in skin tone beige to not be scary...think it will help give me some confidence and less injuries????

I posted about them one day on here but no one was interested. I figured the skin tone beige would be not-so-scary and in fact if the grey can nip at me and I dont back down he might learn it doesnt much matter. Im thinkin maybe I could also put a plastic sheild under it on the forearm for extra protection kinda like a shin gaurd?

What an awesome item to have. Echo's claws get so sharp so quickly and that would make it much easier to carry him around. I think I am going to get at least one. I think you are right about the skin tone..

Oooh! I want one!! I definitely think they should make them longer, though, like clear up to the shoulder and covering the fingers? Let us know how it works out for you!

My sun is the sweetest bird I own, but when something scares her she can put a mean bite on me. I`d mainly want one for my Quaker and my Amazon though.

I agree with you though my baby girl is a small parrot. I have been around larger ones and I bear their claws just to get love from them.

Ace bandages work well at deflecting bites, so that thing should work wonderfully, and looks easier to use too!
