Screaming when I leave the room

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has any tips for me. Kiwi my GCC likes the shriek for me whenever I go out of eyesight. It is his only bad habit, and I would really like it to stop lol
I have always kept him flighted and he used to follow me whever I went, but I trimmed back the tips of his primaries in December...he was getting too much of an "I am king" attitude He can still fly well but cant get the same height and speed so he has taken to shreiking for me instead of finding me. It's not anything new, but it got much worse since the trim.

NotEnoughTime has posted an excellent link in a few other similar threads and I hope he won't mind me spreading the site The Rational Parrot at "www.rationalparrot.com" It's got a pretty good section on screaming birds and probably the only workable solution I've been able to use.
